Our interactions with Ashika have really proved to be very valuable. We, as an institution, have always believed that mental wellness in the workplace is a right of every professional. The two corporate training programs conducted by Ashika in the recent past led to a lot more acceptance of this phenomena, and professionals really value the learnings from her webinars.
We do believe that as a psychologist Ashika, with her a wide range of experience and empathy, has the ability to connect and draw people out. This is a very valuable feature, and it is for this reason that we are proceeding further with Ashika and deepening our engagement. We wish her all success in the journey ahead and look forward to her partnering with us as we create a culture, environment, mental wellness and happiness in the workplace.

SAMIR KAJI
Ashika has done several psychology workshops for our company, among them being stress management and cultivation of growth mindset. She brings her deep understanding of the subjects, through extensive research and her wide experience of her daily psychotherapy sessions, into her programs.
People who have attended have said that the insights have changed their thinking and life patterns. Her willingness to share a part of herself, and the skill and organisation in delivering the program, makes her one of the most effective exponents in delivering employee wellness programs.

SHAISTA BALJEE
Ashika has dual expertise of being a psychotherapist and corporate coach. She is a subject matter expert but more importantly she understands her audience and is able to talk to them in a language they relate to.
She puts them at ease and helps them introspect and arrive at solutions that they believe in and thus will implement. She is able to relate not only to people in the workforce but also to young adults. She is all about process and outcome.

Ashika Mehta is one of the most thorough, well read, and knowledgeable mental health experts listed on the Thriive Art and Soul platform. She is consistently sought out by individual and corporate users for her in depth ability to diagnose and transform mental health issues.
Anxiety, stress, interpersonal issues and self awareness are her forte. Her quick wit, compassion, and straight forward manner make her one of our most popular therapists. In a world where good mental health experts are tough to find Ashika truly offers relief to those in real need.

ANAND NARASIMHAN
Ashika’s session has always had a great impact on our participants, who experience her passion for the topic, her deep expertise on the social, economic and psychological contexts of this dilemma, as well as her sense of activism.
Ashika opens a perspective on Mumbai that is otherwise not visible to our participants, many of whom become emotionally charged and motivated to ameliorate the situation of trafficking as a result of talking with her.
We have loved having Ashika as part of our program. What is exemplary about working with her is the thought she puts into preparation ahead of the session, her ease of interaction with diverse and global group of participants, and willingness to follow up on individuals’ concerns about the topic of human trafficking.

SUKETU SHAH
Ashika is a talented, insightful and empathic person. She has the unique advantages of being an extremely well educated and trained professional, a mother (of two young boys), the wife of a successful entrepreneur and being deeply engaged with an NGO that works with the children of sex workers. Combine these with great communication skills, and you have an outstanding resource.
Ashika did a program for YPO Gold Mumbai on sex trafficking which she curated and moderated. Though the content was emotionally difficult (as can be imagined), it was very well received.
She is a skilled moderator, speaker and coach.
