Ashika Mehta
Ashika Mehta, founder of Mind Realigned, is a therapist and transformation coach with over two decades of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. She works with both teenagers and adults, using an integrative, trauma-informed approach that weaves together psychodynamic perspectives, cognitive tools, and nervous system regulation techniques. Ashika holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University, New York, and a Bachelor’s degree from Vassar College.
